U.S. Revolving Committed Amount definition

U.S. Revolving Committed Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
U.S. Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(A)(a).
U.S. Revolving Committed Amount means the amount of each U.S. Revolving Lender’s Revolving Commitment as specified on Schedule 2.1(a), as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Delivery by the Applicable Borrower of a notice of reduction pursuant to this Section that is not accompanied by a simultaneous notice of election to reallocate commitments pursuant to Section 2.11(c) shall be deemed to be a permanent reduction of the U.S. Revolving Committed Amount or Canadian Revolving Committed Amount, as applicable.

  • Each U.S. Revolving Loan shall be in a minimum aggregate Dollar Amount of (A) in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, U.S.$5,000,000 and integral multiples of U.S.$1,000,000 in excess thereof (or the remaining U.S. Revolving Committed Amount, if less) and (B) in the case of Alternate Base Rate Loans, U.S.$1,000,000 and integral multiples of U.S.$1,000,000 in excess thereof (or the remaining U.S. Revolving Committed Amount, if less).

More Definitions of U.S. Revolving Committed Amount

U.S. Revolving Committed Amount means, collectively, the aggregate amount of all U.S. Revolving Commitments as referenced in Section 2.1(a), as such amount may be reduced or increased from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
U.S. Revolving Committed Amount means the amount of each U.S. Revolving Lender’s Revolving Commitment identified as its U.S. Revolving Committed Amount in its Lender Commitment Letter or in the Assignment Agreement pursuant to which such Lender became a Lender hereunder, as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
U.S. Revolving Committed Amount means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the U.S. Revolving Commitments at such time; provided that the aggregate amount of the U.S. Revolving Committed Amount shall not exceed the US$ Equivalent Amount of Cdn$50.0 million or such lesser amount to which such sum shall then have been permanently reduced pursuant to Sections 2.7, 2.8, 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8.

U.S. Revolving Committed Amount as defined in subsection 2.1(a).
U.S. Revolving Committed Amount means the amount of each US Lender's US Revolving Commitment as specified in Schedule 2.1(a), as such amount may be reduced or increased from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.
U.S. Revolving Committed Amount means THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($365,000,000) or such lesser amount as the U.S. Revolving Committed Amount may be reduced pursuant to Section 2.1(d) or increased in accordance with Section 2.1(e).
