Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage definition

Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage means, as to any Lender, (a) on the Closing Date, the percentage set forth opposite such Lender’s name on the Commitment Annex under the column “Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage” (if such Lender’s name is not so set forth thereon, then, on the Closing Date, such percentage for such Lender shall be deemed to be zero), and (b) on any date following the Closing Date, the percentage equal to the Revolving Loan Commitment Amount of such Lender on such date divided by the Revolving Loan Commitment on such date.

Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage means, for each Lender, the percentage identified as its Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage on Schedule 1.1(a), as such percentage may be modified in connection with any assignment made in accordance with the provisions of Section 11.3.

Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage means, as to any Lender, the percentage set forth opposite such Lender’s name on the Commitment Annex under the column “Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage”, or, if different, in the most recent Assignment Agreement to which such Lender is a party.

• On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, each Lender severally agrees to make loans to Borrowers from time to time as set forth herein (each a “Revolving Loan”, and collectively, “Revolving Loans”) equal to such Lender’s Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage of Revolving Loans requested by Borrowers hereunder, provided, however, that after giving effect thereto, the Revolving Loan Outstandings shall not exceed the Revolving Loan Limit.

• Without limiting the scope and nature of each LOC Participant's participation in any Letter of Credit, to the extent that the Issuing Lender has not been reimbursed as required hereunder or under any such Letter of Credit, each such LOC Participant shall pay to the Issuing Lender its Revolving Loan Commitment Percentage of such unreimbursed drawing in same day funds on the day of notification by the Issuing Lender of an unreimbursed drawing pursuant to the provisions of subsection (d) hereof.
