Incremental Revolving Commitment definition

Incremental Revolving Commitment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Revolving Commitment means, with respect to any Lender, the commitment, if any, of such Lender, established pursuant to an Incremental Facility Agreement and Section 2.21, to make Revolving Loans and to acquire participations in Letters of Credit and Swingline Loans hereunder, expressed as an amount representing the maximum aggregate permitted amount of such Lender’s Revolving Exposure under such Incremental Facility Agreement.
Incremental Revolving Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.23.

Examples of Incremental Revolving Commitment in a sentence

  • If any Incremental Revolving Commitment is provided to the Borrowers in accordance with this Section, the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers shall determine the effective date (the “Increase Effective Date”) and the final allocation of such Incremental Revolving Commitment.

  • The effectiveness of any Incremental Revolver Amendment shall be subject to the satisfaction on the date thereof of each of the conditions set forth in Section 2.3(e) and as such other conditions as requested by the Banks under the Incremental Revolving Commitment established in connection therewith.

Incremental Revolving Commitment means any commitment made by a lender to provide all or any portion of any Incremental Revolving Facility.
