US DOLLAR NOTE TRUST DEED definition

US DOLLAR NOTE TRUST DEED means the US Dollar Note Trust Deed dated on or about the date of this Confirmation between Party B, the Manager and the Relevant Note Trustee. Terms defined in the Note Conditions have the same meaning in this Confirmation unless otherwise defined in this Confirmation.
US DOLLAR NOTE TRUST DEED means the US Dollar Note Trust Deed to be dated on or about the Closing Date and made between the Trustee, the Manager and the US Dollar Note Trustee.
US DOLLAR NOTE TRUST DEED means the US Dollar Note Trust Deed dated on or about the date of this Confirmation between Party B, the Manager and the Relevant Note Trustee.

  • Trust Deed means the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2002 of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Master Trust Deed means the Master Trust Deed dated 8 October 1997 between the Trustee as trustee of the Series Trust and the Manager, as amended from time to time.

  • Note Trustee means the Person identified as the “Trustee” in the Indenture, solely in its capacity as Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Trustee appointed as provided in the Indenture.

  • this Trust Deed means this Trust Deed (as from time to time altered in accordance with this Trust Deed) and any other document executed in accordance with this Trust Deed (as from time to time so altered) and expressed to be supplemental to this Trust Deed;

  • Common Depositary Notes means Notes that are deposited with a Common Depositary and that will clear and settle through the systems operated by Euroclear, Clearstream and/or any such other applicable clearing system other than DTC.

  • Note Depository Agreement means the agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Issuer and DTC, as the initial Clearing Agency relating to the Notes, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • Depositary Agreement The Letter of Representations, dated June 26, 2007 by and among DTC, the Trust and the Trustee. The Trustee is authorized to enter into the Depositary Agreement on behalf of the Trust.

  • Registered Notes has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.

  • Principal Agent means the person or entity appointed by the employer and named in the schedule. In the event of a principal agent not being appointed, then all the duties and obligations of a principal agent as detailed in the agreement shall be fulfilled by a representative of the employer as named in the scheduleClause 1.1 Definition of "Security" is amended by replacing it with the following:

  • Senior Notes Trustee means U.S. Bank, National Association, as trustee under the Senior Notes Indenture, and its successors and assigns, and any replacement trustee permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Senior Notes Indenture.

  • 2024 Notes means the 7.000% Senior Notes due 2024, issued pursuant to the 2024 Indenture.

  • Paying Agency Agreement means one or more Paying Agency Agreements made

  • Certificate Depositary Agreement means the agreement among the Issuer Trust, the Depositor and the Depositary, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated as of the Closing Date, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Note Register and Note Registrar As defined in the Indenture.

  • Senior Noteholders means the Note A Holders, individually or collectively, as the context may require.

  • Basic Pass Through Trust Agreement means that certain Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated as of September 16, 2014, between the Company and WTC, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms (but does not include any Trust Supplement).

  • Registered Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Note is registered on the Note Register on the applicable Record Date.

  • Account Bank Agreement means the account bank agreement dated 15 August 2018 between the Issuer, the Trustee and The Bank of New York Mellon, London branch as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, novated, varied, supplemented, substituted, assigned, extended or otherwise replaced or redesignated from time to time;

  • Pass Through Trustee means the trustee under each Pass Through Trust Agreement, together with any successor in interest and any successor or other trustee appointed as provided in such Pass Through Trust Agreement.
