Principal Agent definition

Principal Agent means the person or entity appointed by the employer and named in the schedule. In the event of a principal agent not being appointed, then all the duties and obligations of a principal agent as detailed in the agreement shall be fulfilled by a representative of the employer as named in the scheduleClause 1.1 Definition of "Security" is amended by replacing it with the following:

  • If any Security or Coupon is lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed it may be replaced at the specified office of the Principal Agent (or such other place of which notice shall have be given to Holders in accordance with General Condition 4) upon payment by the claimant of the expenses incurred in connection therewith and on such terms as to evidence and indemnity as the Issuer may reasonably require.
