Urbanizing area definition

Urbanizing area means a developed area or an area outside a developed area that is planned or anticipated to have 10,000 residents or more within the next 10 years.
Urbanizing area means the area located between the legal city limits of the City of Eugene and the Urban Growth Boundary of the city as adopted by the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan, as amended.
Urbanizing area means any territory adjacent to an urban area, as described above, and with frontage on a highway which is at least 30-49% built-up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwellings.
