Unused Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment definition

Unused Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment of any Lender, at any time, means the remainder of the Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment of such Lender at such time, if any, less the sum of (a) the aggregate Outstanding Amount of Multicurrency Revolving Loans made by such Lender, (b) such Lender’s Multicurrency LC Exposure at such time and (c) the Dollar Equivalent of all Ancillary Commitments denominated in an Alternative Currency of such Lender (or its Affiliates) at such time.
Unused Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment means, with respect to any Lender with a Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment at any time, (a) such Lender’s Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment at such time minus (b) the aggregate principal amount (denominated in Dollars (including, if applicable, the Equivalent in Dollars of any amounts that are not Dollar denominated)) of all Multicurrency Revolving Credit Advances made by such Lender and outstanding at such time.
Unused Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment of any Lender, at any time, shall mean the remainder of Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment of such Lender at such time, if any, less the sum of (i) the aggregate outstanding Principal Amount of Multicurrency Revolving Loans made by such Lender and then outstanding, (ii) such Lender’s Multicurrency L/C Exposure and (iii) except for purposes of Section 2.05(a)(ii), such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the aggregate outstanding Principal Amount of Multicurrency Swingline Loans then outstanding.

Unused Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment means, with respect to any Multicurrency Revolving Lender, the amount of such Multicurrency Revolving Lender’s Multicurrency Revolving Credit Commitment at such time minus the sum of the aggregate principal amount of all Multicurrency Revolving Credit Advances (based, in respect of any Multicurrency Revolving Credit Advances denominated in a Foreign Currency, on the Equivalent in Dollars at such time) made by such Multicurrency Revolving Lender plus such Multicurrency Revolving Lender’s L/C Exposure.
