Aggregate Available Amount definition

Aggregate Available Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 15(c) hereof.
Aggregate Available Amount. As of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of the then amount available for drawings under all Eligible Letters of Credit then in effect.
Aggregate Available Amount. As of any date, the sum of the Available Amounts of all the Banks.

  • If for any reason the aggregate amount delivered by Borrowers for deposit in the L/C Collateral Account as aforesaid is less than the Aggregate Available Amount, the aggregate amount so delivered by Borrowers shall be apportioned among all outstanding Letters of Credit for purposes of this Section 16 in accordance with the ratio of the maximum amount available for drawing under each such Letter of Credit (as to such Letter of Credit, the “Maximum Available Amount”) to the Aggregate Available Amount.

  • If for any reason the aggregate amount delivered by Company for deposit in the Collateral Account as aforesaid is less than the Aggregate Available Amount, the aggregate amount so delivered by Company shall be apportioned among all outstanding Letters of Credit for purposes of this Section in accordance with the ratio of the maximum amount available for drawing under each such Letter of Credit (as to such Letter of Credit, the “Maximum Available Amount”) to the Aggregate Available Amount.

More Definitions of Aggregate Available Amount

Aggregate Available Amount means, at any time, the aggregate Available Amounts at such time with respect to all Specified Dispositions that have been made at or prior to such time.
Aggregate Available Amount means, with respect to any Letters of Credit, the stated or face amount of such Letters of Credit to the extent available at the time for drawing (subject to presentment of all requisite documents), as the same may be increased or decreased from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Aggregate Available Amount has the meaning specified in Section 6(d).
Aggregate Available Amount means, on any date, the euro equivalent of the aggregate undrawn stated amount under the Standby Letters of Credit as adjusted from time to time in accordance with such Letters of Credit, and as determined in accordance with Section 1.04.
Aggregate Available Amount means at any time the aggregate undrawn Stated Amounts under the Letters of Credit in effect at such time.

Related to Aggregate Available Amount

  • Total Available Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Maximum Available Amount means, at any time, the least of:

  • Available Amount of any Letter of Credit means, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time (assuming compliance at such time with all conditions to drawing).

  • Applicable Amount means, at any time (the “Applicable Amount Reference Time”), an amount equal to (a) the sum, without duplication, of:

  • Maximum Available Commitment means, subject to the proviso contained in the third sentence of Section 2.02(a), at any time of determination, (a) the Maximum Commitment at such time less (b) the aggregate amount of each Interest Advance outstanding at such time; provided that following a Provider Advance or a Final Advance, the Maximum Available Commitment shall be zero.

  • Maximum Contribution Amount shall equal the excess of (i) the aggregate proceeds received by such Holder pursuant to the sale of such Registrable Notes or Exchange Notes over (ii) the aggregate amount of damages that such Holder has otherwise been required to pay by reason of such untrue or alleged untrue statement or omission or alleged omission. The Holders’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are several in proportion to the respective principal amount of the Registrable Securities held by each Holder hereunder and not joint. The Company’s and Subsidiary Guarantors’ obligations to contribute pursuant to this Section 8(d) are joint and several. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Section 8 are in addition to any liability that the Indemnifying Parties may have to the Indemnified Parties.

  • Specified Overcollateralization Amount means for any Distribution Date, the greater of:

  • Broken Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Overcollateralization Reduction Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Excess Overcollateralization Amount is, after taking into account all other distributions to be made on such Distribution Date, greater than zero, the Overcollateralization Reduction Amount shall be equal to the lesser of (i) the Excess Overcollateralization Amount for that Distribution Date and (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date.
