Unused Materials definition

Unused Materials means all plant, equipment and materials supplied by National Grid which have not been incorporated into the Works on termination of the Contract;
Unused Materials means all plant, equipment and materials supplied by SGN which have not been incorporated into the Works on termination or Final Completion of the Contract (as applicable);

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • Recyclable Materials means materials that are separated from mixed municipal solid waste for the purpose of recycling or composting, including paper, glass, plastics, metals, automobile oil, batteries, source-separated compostable materials, and sole source food waste streams that are managed through biodegradative processes.
