Unisources definition

Unisources means Unisources Enterprises Limited, a BVI Business Company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands with company number 625908 whose registered office is at Pasea Estate, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.

  • Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • IR means Indian Railways.
