Unified Fee means the Management Fee plus any applicable Service Fee, Trail Fee or Distribution Fee as set out in the Fund Supplement in respect of a Share Class.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($240,000.00) which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement.   • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.
