Share Class definition

Share Class in relation to shares, means (according to the context) a particular class or classes of share as described in Section 3;

Share Class means any class of Shares of any Portfolio issued by the Fund each as described in Section 3 “Description of Share Classes” in the Prospectus or the Articles;

Share Class in relation to shares, means (according to the context) a particular class of shares as described in Section 3;

Examples of Share Class in a sentence

• The Sales Charge, Management Fee, distribution fee and operating expenses (in each case, where applicable) for these additional Share Classes are the same as for the relevant Share Class type in the below table.

• Accordingly, the Reference Portfolio/Benchmark noted above may be denominated in or hedged into the relevant currency of a particular Share Class.

• The above provisions, unless the context otherwise requires, apply to Share Class meetings as they apply to general meetings of Shareholders.

• When available, shareholders are entitled (subject to certain restrictions) to switch all or part of their shares in a Share Class for shares in another Share Class.

• Any investor or prospective investor within a Share Class of a given Sub-Fund which is, in the reasonable opinion of the Management Company, objectively in the same situation than another investor in the same Share Class who entered into arrangements with the Management Company is entitled to the same arrangements.

More Definitions of Share Class

Share Class or means a class of Shares of a Fund differentiated in various ways, such as "Class of Shares" currency, distribution policy or fees.

Share Class means any class of Shares in a Fund issued from time to time by the ICAV.

Share Class means the different classes of Shares offered to investors as detailed within this Supplement;

Share Class means a particular class of the Shares of a Sub-Fund;
