Underserved area means a census track designated as an underserved middle-income nonmetropolitan track on the most recent List of Middle-Income Non-Metropolitan Distressed or Underserved Geographies as published by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (“FFIEC”) on the FFIEC website.
