Examples of TSA Managers in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 9.4, communications between the Parties regarding routine matters under this Agreement shall be made through the Parties’ TSA Managers.

  • The TSA Managers will work with the personnel of their respective Group, including the Workstream Representatives, to periodically address issues and matters raised by such personnel relating to the provision of the Services.

  • The TSA Managers will be directly responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of the Services provided by the applicable Party and have authority to act on such Party’s behalf with respect to matters relating to the provision of Services under this Agreement.

  • The Workstream Representatives will work with their respective TSA Owners to address issues relating to the Services, and will keep the TSA Managers informed of such issues.

  • During the six (6) months immediately following the date hereof, the TSA Managers shall meet (in person or by telephone) on a weekly basis to discuss any such issues and negotiate to resolve any such Disputes in good faith.

  • The differences are however minor and might not be universally adopted as an explanation as to why men and women attain different performance standards (Murray, 2002).

  • Following such period, the TSA Managers shall meet (in person or by telephone) as reasonably required to discuss any issues and resolve any Disputes arising out of the performance of this Agreement in good faith.

  • Any decision with respect to any such Disputes that is mutually agreed upon by the TSA Managers shall be documented in writing and shall be binding upon the Parties.

  • Notwithstanding the Location Periods described above, the TSA Managers may mutually agree in writing to extend any of the Shared Facilities Services beyond the applicable Location Period in connection with which the applicable Location Period shall be automatically extended to conform to such written agreement.

  • If such dispute, controversy or claim cannot be resolved by the relevant Service Functional Leads and TSA Managers, it shall be referred to the TSA Executives, who shall attempt, in good faith, to resolve such dispute, controversy or claim.

  • ISA Manager means Investec Bank plc.

  • Managers means a Person who is named or designated as a manager or managing member or otherwise acts in the capacity of a manager or managing member of a limited liability company in a limited liability company agreement or similar instrument under which the limited liability company is formed or operated.

  • Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff, for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.

  • Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.

  • Service Manager has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.01(c).

  • LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Board of Managers means the Board of Managers of the Company.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Service Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.
