Co-Managers means, collectively, (a) MUFG Bank, Ltd. (f/k/a The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.), (b) Capital One, N.A., (c) Citizens Bank, National Association and (d) Fifth Third Bank, National Association.
Co-Managers means Fifth Third Bank, National Association (the “Initial Co-Manager”), PNC Bank, National Association, First Financial Bank, and First Hawaiian Bank, each in its capacity as a co-manager under this Agreement.
