Trust Receipts definition

Trust Receipts means the collective reference to the Great Lakes Trust Receipt and the PHEAA Trust Receipt.
Trust Receipts. - shall mean (a) any receipts, revenues and other moneys received by the Trustee on or after the date of this Indenture from the Commission Allocation from the Act 3 Revenues and (b) the interest and income earned on any fund or account established pursuant to this Indenture (other than the Rebate Fund).
Trust Receipts means a receipt issued by the trustee custodians in lieu of the actual deposit of eligible collateral, it is subject to in all respects to the claims and rights of the institution to the same extent as though such collateral had been physically deposited with the institution.

Trust Receipts means all payments of principal of and premiums, if any, and interest on municipal refunding bonds and fees, charges, moneys, and other investments, gifts, grants, contributions, appropriations and all other income derived or to be derived by the operation of the Municipal Refunding Trust Fund or payable thereto pursuant to this part;

In any jurisdiction in which the original certificate of title is required to be given to the Obligor, the term “Lien Certificate” shall mean only a certificate or notification issued to a secured party. For Financed Vehicles registered in states which issue confirmation of the lienholder’s interest electronically, the “Lien Certificate” may consist of notification of an electronic recordation, by either a third party service provider or the relevant Registrar of Titles of the applicable state, which indicates that the lien of the secured party on the Financed Vehicle is recorded on the original certificate of title on the electronic lien and title system of the applicable state.

  • Class A-R Certificate The Certificate executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-R and Exhibit C hereto.

  • Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in August of each year, commencing in August 2024.
