Rebate Fund definition

Rebate Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
Rebate Fund means the fund so defined in and established pursuant to the Tax Exemption Certificate.
Rebate Fund means the Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.
