Rebate Fund definition

Rebate Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
Rebate Fund means the Rebate Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.
Rebate Fund means the fund so defined in and established pursuant to the Tax Exemption Certificate.

Examples of Rebate Fund in a sentence

  • Amounts on deposit in the funds and accounts identified in this Section (other than the Rebate Fund) may be invested at the written direction of the Borrower Representative in investments listed in clause (c) and (e) of the definition of Permitted Investments.

  • On the Effective Date, the Borrowers shall establish and maintain at all times a blocked account with the Administrative Agent designated as the “Rebate Fund” and shall cause the Rebate Fund to be funded from time to time as required by the Tax Certificate.
