Rebate Fund definition
Rebate Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
Rebate Fund means the Rebate Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.
Rebate Fund means the fund so defined in and established pursuant to the Tax Exemption Certificate.

Amounts on deposit in the funds and accounts identified in this Section (other than the Rebate Fund) may be invested at the written direction of the Borrower Representative in investments listed in clause (c) and (e) of the definition of Permitted Investments.
