Treatment Letter definition

Treatment Letter means the letter that we send to you detailing the Care and treatment to be provided to you: (a) for a Fixed Price where you are paying for your own Care as part a Treatment Package; or (b) at estimated costs where you are paying for your own Care other than as part of a Treatment Package.

  • If nits are present, an attempt will be made to contact the parent/guardian and the Nit Notification and Treatment Letter will be sent home with the student.

  • If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Treatment Letter or Registration Form, these Terms will take precedence.

  • Our Treatment Letter will confirm the Fixed Price for the Care that you are to receive under your Treatment Package.

  • Existing Management Agreement means that certain management agreement between the Seller and the Existing Manager for the operation and management of the Hotel.

  • Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
