Maltreatment definition

Maltreatment means the neglect, abuse, or financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
Maltreatment means abuse as defined in subdivision 2, neglect as defined in subdivision 17, or financial exploitation as defined in subdivision 9.
Maltreatment means abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment of a child.
