Treasury Management Obligations definition

Treasury Management Obligations means obligations under any agreement governing the provision of treasury or cash management services, including deposit accounts, funds transfer, automated clearinghouse, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services. Treasury Management Obligations shall not constitute Indebtedness.

More Definitions of Treasury Management Obligations

Treasury Management Obligations means with respect to any Person, all existing or future payment and other obligations owing by such Person under any Treasury Management Agreement with any Person that (i) is a current Lender or Affiliate of a current Lender or (ii) was a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender at the time such Treasury Management Agreement was executed.

Treasury Management Obligations means, collectively, (a) any treasury or other cash management services, including deposit accounts, automated clearing house (ACH) origination and other funds transfer, depository (including cash vault and check deposit), zero balance accounts and sweeps, return items processing, controlled disbursement accounts, positive pay, lockboxes and lockbox accounts, account reconciliation and information reporting, payables outsourcing, payroll processing, trade finance services, investment accounts, securities accounts and supply chain financing, and (b) card services, including credit cards (including purchasing cards and commercial cards), prepaid cards, including payroll, stored value and gift cards, merchant services processing, and debit card services.
