Credit Card Programs definition

Credit Card Programs means the programs identified in the CONSENT AGREEMENT;
Credit Card Programs means, collectively, this Program and the credit card programs established by Bank pursuant to the other Credit Card Program Agreements (and each of such other programs is individually referred to herein as a “Credit Card Program”).
Credit Card Programs means the Aspire, Freedom, Majestic, Aspen S, Aspen M, Tribute, Imagine, Embrace, and Purpose Advantage credit card programs.

Examples of Credit Card Programs in a sentence

  • Future special credit card programs and expansions of existing Special Credit Card Programs may be offered with the approval of the Operating Committee.

  • The parties shall cooperate to review and update Operating Procedures as appropriate prior to the Effective Date, but in any event such Operating Procedures shall be at least as favorable, in the aggregate, as operating procedures applicable to Bank's other Comparable Private Label Credit Card Programs.

  • Bank shall inform Macy’s (upon Macy’s request) regarding the availability of any particular capability to the Retail Services Credit Card Programs.

  • Upon request by Macy’s, Bank shall provide such commercially reasonable cooperation to the Macy’s Companies (including by making available necessary Bank Credit Platform interfaces and functionality and Cardholder Data) as is necessary to facilitate Macy’s efforts to enable such requested mobile capabilities, in each case to the extent such mobile capabilities are available for use in either (i) any of the other Retail Services Credit Card Programs or (ii) a majority of the Peer Group Programs.

  • To the extent not otherwise provided in this Agreement or the Operating Procedures, including the Service Level Standards at Schedule 5.2, Bank shall service the Accounts under the Program in the manner in which Bank, in the aggregate, services its other Comparable Private Label Credit Card Programs.

  • The parties may mutually agree in writing to change existing or to offer new Special Credit Card Programs on terms mutually agreeable to the parties.
