Prepaid Cards. The PHBSS has the right to lock access to the prepaid card system should it be deemed that the account is at risk of misappropriation to maintain the care support required. The PHBSS will then make payments on your behalf from the account upon request. The PHBSS has administrative access to the Prepaid Card System and will, if necessary, review the account online, make payments on your behalf and download any stored supporting documentation. This will maintain security of the account for the benefit or you and the PHBSS will discuss with you the processes that will maintain your care provision. In the event that your Prepaid Card is lost or stolen you must make arrangement to block the card either using the cardholder portal or by contacting the Prepaid Financial Services support line. You agree to report the loss to PHBSS at the earliest opportunity.
Prepaid Cards. Anonymous prepaid cards involve a higher risk for fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing activities. As such, the Company has established procedures to mitigate such risks from occurring. In particular, we do not accept deposits originating from anonymous prepaid cards issued outside Australia. In this respect, when such a deposit method is identified by the Company, the deposited funds are immediately returned to the Client.
Prepaid Cards. ‌ Prepaid parking cards are for personal use and are not transferable. They authorise the holder to use the allocated parking facilities for the defined duration. The prepaid cards are activated on the first entry into a parking facility and are valid from this point in time for the defined parking duration. They are generally valid (useable) for one year and lapse without replacement after the expiry date. We reserve the right to exchange prepaid parking cards still in the possession of the Company.
Prepaid Cards. You may request a prepaid card (“Prepaid Card”) by submitting to Bank a completed appli- cation (a “Prepaid Card Application”). The issuance and your use of the Prepaid Card will be governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant card association of issuing banks and acquiring banks that process the Prepaid Card, which may include Mastercard Worldwide or UnionPay International (the “Prepaid Card Agreement”). Upon approval by Bank of the Prepaid Card Application, a Prepaid Card, together with a copy of the Card Agreement, will be delivered or made available to you. With your Prepaid Card, you will be able to load funds from your Account. You may use your Prepaid Card at participating ATMs and for point-of-sale transactions to purchase goods or services with merchants that accept Mastercard® or UnionPay Internatio- nal cards. For information regarding the participating ATM networks, please contact the Bank. We may sub- tract from your available balance the amount of any purchase, withdrawal or other item that we receive throughout the day that you or any person you authorize created or approved.

  • Time Cards Employees may be required to complete their own time cards and submit them to their respective Supervisor.   • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept MasterCard cards located within FLORA shopping mall(s).   • Catalog Information about Community Regional Medical Center – Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (CRMC-DMSP) is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in CRMC-DMSP, the Student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Merchandise Programs, T-shirts, souvenirs, posters, novelty items, clothing apparel, and recorded media will be sold in the Centre only by BCEC Management or representatives nominated by it, unless BCEC Management agrees in writing to waive this condition. All revenue derived from the sale of motion pictures, still photography, television or radio recordings, or other similar rights, is to be subject to a seperate agreement between Hirer and BCEC Management. 26 Additional Responsibilities In addition to its responsibilities under clause 7.1, Xxxxx must:

  • EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES A. EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES. Supplier will provide the Equipment, Products, or Services as stated in its Proposal submitted under the Solicitation Number listed above. Supplier’s Equipment, Products, or Services Proposal (Proposal) is attached and incorporated into this Contract. All Equipment and Products provided under this Contract must be new and the current model. Supplier may offer close-out or refurbished Equipment or Products if they are clearly indicated in Supplier’s product and pricing list. Unless agreed to by the Participating Entities in advance, Equipment or Products must be delivered as operational to the Participating Entity’s site. This Contract offers an indefinite quantity of sales, and while substantial volume is anticipated, sales and sales volume are not guaranteed.

  • Customer List The Administrative Agent shall have received a true and complete customer list for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, which list shall state the customer’s name, mailing address and phone number and shall be certified as true and correct by a Financial Officer.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.
