Transport Documents definition

Transport Documents means any and all relevant documents for the execution of the carriage of the Goods, including the waybill (consignment note) and/or any similar document, proof of delivery, temperature printout, packing list, and Customs Documents.
Transport Documents. - means a combined consignment note and wagon label, freight transit order, driver's instruction for road vehicles, container terminal order, container list, packing declaration for Dangerous Goods, Transport emergency cards ("tremcards") and the communication sent to Transnet Freight Rail in relation to Electronic Data Interchange transactions.
Transport Documents means all applicable forms evidencing or required for the shipment, customs clearance, receipt or acceptance of the Goods, including but not limited to bills of lading, air waybills, declarations, and permits and licenses needed for special categories of products.
