Customs Documents definition

Customs Documents means any and all documents in paper and/or electronic format relevant for customs and excise purposes and/or required by the Law and/or Authorities for the import, export, or transit of the Goods and/or change in the customs regime thereof, including commercial invoice, Transport Documents, customs value declaration, freight insurance, packing list, LRN, MRN, Entry Summary Declarations, Exit Summary Declaration, and any other documents associated with customs and/or excise import formalities such as, among others, proof of (preferential) origin, inspection certificates, import and export licenses, documents required for VAT purposes.
Customs Documents means, amongst others, the documents and/ or data and/or information (in any format that is customary and/or permissible by law) necessary or required by relevant customs authorities in the relevant jurisdiction(s) under applicable relevant legislation, rules and procedures for the fulfilment of Customs Procedures in respect of the import, export or transit of the Goods forming the subject-matter of the Contract with the Customer, such as (but without limitation or exclusion) either, all, or any combination of the following (depending on the specific circumstances):
Customs Documents means documents drawn up exclusively for customs purposes.

  • Bachem shall, on a timely basis, provide Amylin with information in Bachem’s possession relevant to its role as the manufacturer of Products that is reasonably necessary for and relevant to Amylin’s efforts to obtain and maintain Regulatory Approvals for Product.

  • Provide all appropriate documents to customs officials which are necessary to prove that LICENSOR has authorized LICENSEE to import and/or export the LICENSED PARTS within the LICENSED TERRITORY ("Customs Documents").
