Dangerous Goods definition

Dangerous Goods means Goods which are officially classified as hazardous as well as Goods which are or may become of a dangerous, inflammable, radioactive noxious or damaging nature.
Dangerous Goods means such of the Goods as shall be, or become, in fact or at law noxious, dangerous, hazardous, explosive, radioactive, inflammable or capable by their nature of causing damage or injury to other goods, persons, plants or animals or to any thing including that in which the Goods are carried, handled or stored.
Dangerous Goods means articles or substances which are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment and which are shown in the list of dangerous goods in the technical instructions or which are classified according to those instructions;

More Definitions of Dangerous Goods

Dangerous Goods means any product, substance or organism designated in the regulations, or conforming with the criteria set out in the regulations, or in any regulation adopted in accordance with The Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation Act, and includes hazardous wastes;
