Transfer Agents and Registrars. The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, appoint or remove transfer agents and or registrars of the Trust, and they may appoint the same person as both transfer agent and registrar. Upon any such appointment being made, all certificates representing Shares of beneficial interest thereafter issued shall be countersigned by such transfer agent and shall not be valid unless so countersigned.

The chief executive officer may appoint one or more transfer agents and one or more registrars with respect to the certificates representing Membership Units of the Company, and may require all such certificates to bear the signature of either or both. The chief executive officer may from time to time define the respective duties of such transfer agents and registrars. No certificate for Membership Units shall be valid until countersigned by a transfer agent, if at the date appearing thereon the Company had a transfer agent for such Membership Units, and until registered by a registrar, if at such date the Company had a registrar for such Membership Units.
