Transfer Agents. The Trustees may in their discretion from time to time appoint one or more transfer agents for the Trust or any Class or Series thereof. Any contract with a transfer agent shall be on such terms and conditions as the Trustees may in their discretion determine.
Transfer Agents. The Custodian shall not be liable to the Fund for any loss or damage to the Fund resulting from the maintenance of Underlying Shares with a Transfer Agent except for losses resulting directly from the negligence or willful misconduct of the Custodian.
Transfer Agents. The Company covenants and agrees that, in the event that the Company's agency relationship with the transfer agent should be terminated for any reason prior to a date which is two (2) years after the Closing Date, the Company shall immediately appoint a new transfer agent and shall require that the transfer agent execute and agree to be bound by the terms of the Irrevocable Instructions to Transfer Agent.

Transfer Agents. The Issuer (at its sole cost and expense) may appoint from time to time one or more Transfer Agents for one or more of the Notes. The Issuer shall solicit written acceptance of the appointment from any entity so appointed as Transfer Agent. Such written acceptance shall be in a form satisfactory to the Issuing and Paying Agent and state that by the Transfer Agent's acceptance of such appointment, it agrees to act as a Transfer Agent pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Issuer hereby appoints Bankers Trust Company as the initial Transfer Agent for the Notes, and Bankers Trust Company hereby accepts such appointment.
Transfer Agents. The Issuer appoints Citibank, N.A., London Branch at its specified office in London as Transfer Agent in respect of each Series of Registered Notes, unless the Final Terms relating to a Series of Notes lists the Agents appointed in respect of that Series, in which case, only those persons acting through their specified offices shall be appointed in respect of that Series.

Transfer Agents. The Corporation may appoint, and from time to time discharge and change, a transfer agent for the Class 1 Shares or any other class of shares of the Corporation. Upon any such appointment, discharge or change of a transfer agent, the Corporation will send a written notice of such appointment, discharge or change to each Class 1 Holder.

TSX Trust Company, at its principal offices in Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, has been duly appointed as the registrar and transfer agent for the Common Shares in Canada and Computershare Trust Company, N.A., at its principal offices in Canton, Massachusetts, has been duly appointed as the registrar and transfer agent for the Common Shares in the United States.
Transfer Agents. AST Trust Company (Canada), at its principal transfer office in the City of Montreal, has been duly appointed as registrar and transfer agent in respect of the Common Shares in Canada and American Stock Transfer & Trust Co LLC, at its office in Brooklyn, New York, has been duly appointed as co-transfer agent and registrar for the Common Shares in the United States.
