REMUNERATION AND EXPENSES. The directors shall be paid such remuneration for their services as the board may from time to time determine. The directors shall also be entitled to be reimbursed for reasonable travelling and other expenses properly incurred by them in attending meetings of the board or any committee thereof. Nothing herein contained shall preclude any director from serving the Corporation in any other capacity and receiving remuneration therefor.
REMUNERATION AND EXPENSES. The remuneration and expenses of the Arbitral Tribunal shall be borne in equal parts by the Parties in accordance with Annex 12-A. All other expenses not specified in Annex 12-A shall be borne by the Party incurring those expenses.

The Salary shall accrue from day to day and be payable by equal monthly installments in arrears on or before the last day of each month, provided that if the employment terminates on a date before the end of a month, the Salary for that month shall be in proportion to the number of days for which the Executive was employed that month.

REMUNERATION AND EXPENSES. 8.1 The Board should be mindful that as a controlled company for the purposes of Part V of the Local Government and Housing Xxx 0000 and the Local Authorities (Companies) Order 1995 (the “Order”) the Company must not pay any of its ‘regulated directors’ (i.e. Directors who are Council Members) remuneration in excess of the maximum amount set out in the Order from time to time.

The Salary shall be converted into and paid in Sterling at the currency conversion rate of the Company’s bank on the date any payment is due or at such other rate as may from time to time be agreed between the Company and the Executive.
