Officer or Officers definition

Officer or Officers means any Officer or Officers appointed as provided in Article 4.
Officer or Officers means those persons designated or elected to serve as the officers of the Association from time to time;

  • Warrant Certificates shall be in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A hereto and shall be typed, printed, lithographed or engraved or produced by any combination of such methods or produced in any other manner permitted by the rules of any securities exchange on which the Warrants may be listed, all as determined by the Officer or Officers executing such Warrant Certificates, as evidenced by their execution thereof.

  • Any such certificate or Opinion of Counsel may be based, insofar as it relates to factual matters, upon a certificate or opinion of, or representations by, an Officer or Officers of the Issuer stating that the information with respect to such factual matters is in the possession of the Issuer, unless such counsel knows, or in the exercise of reasonable care should know, that the certificate or opinion or representations with respect to such matters are erroneous.

Officer or Officers means any Officer or Officers appointed as provided in Article 4. Person or person means any natural person,. partnership (whether general or limited or whether domestic or foreign), limited liability company, trust, estate, association, corporation, custodian, nominee or any other individual or entity in its own or representative capacity.
Officer or Officers as used herein shall mean the Officers of the Council; namely, the Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer Pro Tempore/Treasurer (if applicable), and the Secretary.

Related to Officer or Officers

  • Officers Certificate” means a certificate signed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company, one of whom must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of the Company, that meets the requirements of Section 12.05 hereof.

  • Senior Officers means the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer or the General Counsel of the Company.
