Examples of Transfer Agent and Registrar in a sentence
Maintain an office or agency (which may be an office of the Indenture Trustee, Transfer Agent and Registrar or co-registrar) where Securities may be surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange, and where, at any time when the Issuer is obligated to make a payment of principal and premium upon the Notes, the Notes may be surrendered for payment.
Any Paying Agent, Transfer Agent and Registrar, co-registrar or co-paying agent may do the same with like rights.
