Registration Agent definition

Registration Agent means the registration and paying agent appointed by the Mayor pursuant to the terms hereof, or any successor designated by the Governing Body.

Registration Agent means any individual who is employed by or volunteers for a third-party voter registration organization and who collects voter registration applications from Florida voter registration applicants on behalf of the organization.
