The Company may appoint one or more co-Registrars, co-Paying Agents and co-Conversion Agents, each of whom will be deemed to be a Registrar, Paying Agent or Conversion Agent, as applicable, under this Indenture.
If the Company fails to maintain a Registrar, Paying Agent or Conversion Agent, then the Trustee will act as such.
