Definition of Tender Agent

  1. Tender Agent means the initial and any successor tender agent appointed in accordance with Section 13.02. "Designated Office" of the Tender Agent means the office thereof designated in writing to the Issuer, the Trustee, the Company, the Credit Facility Issuer and the Remarketing Agent.
  2. Tender Agent means Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch.

Examples of Tender Agent in a sentence

  1. The Company hereby consents to such assignment and agrees to make payments directly to the Trustee or the Tender Agent, as the case may be, without defense or set-off by reason of any dispute between the Company and the Issuer or the Trustee.
