Tender Agent definition

Tender Agent means, with respect to each Group of 2021 Series J Variable Rate Bonds, The Bank of New York Mellon, a New York banking corporation, and its successors and any corporation resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party, or any successor Tender Agent appointed in accordance with the terms of this Supplemental Resolution.
Tender Agent means the Fiscal Agent and any additional Tender Agent appointed by the City.
Tender Agent means The Bank of New York, a New York banking corporation and its successors and any corporation resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party, or any successor Tender Agent appointed in accordance with the terms of the Resolution.

  • The Standby Purchaser shall promptly provide written notice to the Tender Agent and the City of any acceleration of the amounts due under the Liquidity Facility.

Tender Agent means the Trustee.
