Paying Agent/Registrar definition

Paying Agent/Registrar means initially the Trustee, or any successor thereto as provided in this Indenture.

Paying Agent/Registrar means the paying agent/registrar designated by the Authorized Officer in the Pricing Certificate., or any successor thereto as provided in this Ordinance.

Paying Agent/Registrar means the paying agent and registrar appointed pursuant to Section 5 of this Thirteenth Supplement, or any successor to such agent.

• The Paying Agent/Registrar may conclusively rely upon such information provided by the Company.

• For Bonds issued, at the request of the Trustee, the Company shall deliver prior to issuance of such Bonds a Form W-9 for each registered holder of such Bonds and any other information required by law or as reasonable requested by the Paying Agent/Registrar to maintain the Bond Register and make the payments to the registered holders.

• Each Paying Agent/Registrar shall be a commercial bank, trust company or other entity duly qualified and legally authorized under applicable law to serve as and perform the duties and services of paying agent and registrar for the Bonds.

• Neither the City nor the Paying Agent/Registrar shall be required to issue, transfer or exchange any Bond called for redemption, in whole or in part, where such redemption is scheduled to occur within 45 calendar days after the transfer or exchange date; provided, however, such limitation of transfer shall not be applicable to an exchange by the Owner of the uncalled principal balance of a Bond.

• The Paying Agent/Registrar shall call by lot the Bonds, or portion thereof, to be redeemed subject to the redemption provisions of this Section 4.04.

Paying Agent/Registrar means initially The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, Dallas, Texas, or any successor thereto as provided in this Ordinance.
