Tranche B Applicable Margin definition

Tranche B Applicable Margin means, for any Tranche B Loans and Tranche B Loan Certificates, 4.85% per annum.

Tranche B Applicable Margin means (a) with respect to the Eurodollar Loans, four and thirty-five hundredths percent (4.35%), and (b) with respect to the Base Rate Loans, three and thirty-five hundredths percent (3.35%).

If neither Moody's nor S&P shall have in effect a rating for such debt, then the highest Tranche B Applicable Margin shall apply.
Tranche B Applicable Margin means (i) during the period from and including the Closing Date to but not including the date one year after the Closing Date, 2.250% per annum; (ii) during the period from and including the date one year after the Closing Date to but not including the date two years after the Closing Date, 2.375% per annum; (iii) during the period from and including the date two years after the Closing Date to but not including the date three years after the Closing Date, 2.500% per annum; (iv) during the period from and including the date three years after the Closing Date to but not including the date four years after the Closing Date, 2.625% per annum; and (iii) thereafter, 2.750% per annum
