Trade Fair definition

Trade Fair means a fair, organised under a theme specified in the 2nd column of the First Schedule, where local participants display and sell the goods and provide the services specified in the corresponding 3rd column of that schedule.
Trade Fair. – means India International Trade Fair unless until otherwise specified. “Online Tickets” – Tickets sold through website/mobile app using payment gateway. “Offline Tickets” – Physical pre –printed Tickets sold through ITPO counters or DMRC.

  • The organisers of joint-company exhibitions within the scope of official participation of the Federal Republic of Germany at trade fairs and exhibitions abroad are the Federal Ministry for Economics Affairs and Energy (BMWi) in cooperation with the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA), as well as the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL).

  • A fair participant is obliged to secure his property stored at the stand at his own expense and risk (according to items 6.2. and 6.3. of the Regulations for Trade Fair Participants).

  • An AUMA service fee shall be charged for the activities of the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA), Littenstrasse 9, 10179 Berlin.

  • It is also recommended that participants insure their property (pursuant to item 7.4. of the Regulations for Trade Fair Participants).

  • The scope of services provided by audit firms to their audit (and non­audit) clients has increased greatly (Oliverio and Newman, 2003).

  • The Participant is obliged to construct a Trade Fair / Exhibition stand on the rented stand space and to timely occupy his stand before the time / date mentioned in the Special Conditions of Participation.

  • The organiser collects an administrative contribution per square metre of exhibition floor space in the name of and for the account of the Ausstellungs- und Messeausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V.   • Certified act of terrorism means an act that is certified by the Secretary of the Treasury, in accordance with the provisions of the federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, to be an act of terrorism pursuant to such Act. The criteria contained in the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act for a "certified act of terrorism" include the following:

  • Sabotage means deliberate damage, with malevolent intent, to a Category 1 or Category 2 quantity of radioactive material, a device that contains a Category 1 or Category 2 quantity of radioactive material, or the components of the security system.

On each anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the Fraud Coverage shall be reduced to the lesser of (i) on the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the Cut-Off Date, 1.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the preceding month and (ii) the excess of the Initial Fraud Coverage over cumulative Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date. The Fraud Coverage may be reduced upon written confirmation from the Rating Agencies that such reduction will not adversely affect the then current ratings assigned to the Certificates by the Rating Agencies.

  • Accidental Bodily Injury means an Injury sustained as the result of an Accident and independently of all other causes by an outside traumatic event or due to exposure to the elements.

  • Property damage means physical injury to, destruction of, or loss of use of tangible property.

  • Employment Practices Wrongful Act means any actual or alleged:

  • Severe property damage means substantial physical damage to property, damage to the treatment facilities which would cause them to become inoperable, or substantial and permanent loss of natural resources which can reasonably be expected to occur in the absence of a bypass. Severe property damage does not mean economic loss caused by delays in production.

  • Business Travel Policy means our business travel policy. A copy of our current Business Travel Policy is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit B.

  • Workplace violence means any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted during the course of his or her employment, and includes but is not limited to all forms of harassment, bullying, intimidation and intrusive behaviours of a physical or emotional nature.
