Tower Company definition

Tower Company means a company or other entity whose principal activity relates to Towers Assets and substantially all of whose assets are Towers Assets.

More Definitions of Tower Company

Tower Company means SBA Towers, Inc., a Florida corporation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Tower Company has the right to delegate certain services and duties under this Agreement to SBA, Inc. or Communication Site Services, Inc., both of which corporations are wholly owned by the same corporation that wholly owns Tower Company, provided that such delegation of duties does not encompass a majority of or substantial portion of Tower Company's duties and obligations under this Agreement and further provided that such parties agree to comply with and abide by the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement.
Tower Company means a company that either owns or operates shared wireless infrastructure and is not a wireless service provider. “Transaction Documents” shall mean the Notes, the Indenture, the Indenture Supplements, the Holdco Guaranty, the ManagementAgreement, the Backup Management Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Cash Management Agreement, the Deeds of Trust, the Account ControlAgreement and all other documents executed by the Guarantor or any Obligor in connection with the issuance of the Notes. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Transaction Documents” shall not include the Tenant Leases or Asset Agreements.
