CPN definition

CPN is a Common Channel Interoffice Signaling ("CCIS") parameter which refers to the number transmitted through a network identifying the calling party.
CPN is as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 64.1600(c).
CPN. (“Calling Party Number”) means a Signaling System 7 “SS7” parameter whereby the ten (10) digit number of the calling Party is forwarded from the End Office.
