CPN definition

CPN is a Common Channel Interoffice Signaling ("CCIS") parameter which refers to the number transmitted through a network identifying the calling party.
CPN is as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 64.1600(c).
CPN or “Calling Party Number” is a Common Channel Signaling (“CCS”) parameter which identifies the calling party’s telephone number.
