TM Fixedline Service definition

TM Fixedline Service means the basic telephony service provided by TM including but not limited to any Apparatus or Telephone Set for the subscription of the Service by the Customer as stated in Clause 7.1(a) of this Agreement. The TM Fixedline Service is the basic service required for the provision of the Streamyx Service under this Agreement.

Examples of TM Fixedline Service in a sentence

  • In the event that the broadband Service is terminated by either Party to this Agreement, the Customer may continue the provision of the TM Fixedline Service subject to the terms and conditions to be notified from time to time by TM.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;
