Time-Based Requirement definition

Time-Based Requirement means the requirement to provide Service over the period of time set forth in the Notice of Restricted Stock Unit Award.
Time-Based Requirement means the requirement to provide service as a Service Provider over the period of time set forth in the Notice of Restricted Stock Unit Award.
Time-Based Requirement means the requirement to provide Service over the period of time set forth in the Grant Notice.

More Definitions of Time-Based Requirement

Time-Based Requirement corresponds to the vesting schedule of the First Option Award, as set forth in paragraph (a) above (except that the date of grant is December 29, 2017, and for the avoidance of doubt, the Time-Based Requirement of such option shall begin to run on the Start Date). The “Performance-Based Requirement” means that the 30consecutive day volume-weighted average price of the Shares (as quoted on the stock exchange or market on which the Shares are traded), at any point during the 10-year term of such Third Option Award is equal to or greater than 150% of the per share exercise price of the Third Option Award.
Time-Based Requirement means the time and/or service based vesting condition(s) which are set forth in an RSU Holder’s Notice of Grant or PSU Holder's Award Agreement.

  • Performance-Based Exception means the performance-based exception from the tax deductibility limitations of Code Section 162(m).
