Time-Based Requirement definition

Time-Based Requirement means the requirement to provide Service over the period of time set forth in the Notice of Restricted Stock Unit Award.
Time-Based Requirement means the requirement to provide service as a Service Provider over the period of time set forth in the Notice of Restricted Stock Unit Award.
