Utilization Fee Rate definition

Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.
Utilization Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which utilization fees are accruing pursuant to Section 2.5.2 at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
Utilization Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum at which utilization fees are accruing at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • The Company shall pay or cause the Borrowing Subsidiaries to pay to the Agent in US Dollars, for the accounts of the Lenders, utilization fees at the relevant Utilization Fee Rate specified in the definition of Applicable Rate, on the amounts of the outstanding Loans of the Lenders for each day on which the aggregate amount of the US Dollar Equivalents of the outstanding principal amounts of the Loans shall be greater than 50% of the aggregate amount of the Commitments.
