Program Fee Rate definition

Program Fee Rate is defined in the Fee Letter.

Program Fee Rate. With respect to any Purchaser, the rate set forth in the Purchaser Fee Letter.

Program Fee Rate. (a) With respect to any Purchaser, the rate set forth in such Purchaser’s Purchaser Fee Letter and (b) with respect to any Additional Purchaser, the rate set forth in the applicable Additional Agent Fee Letter as the “Program Fee Rate.”

• The Buyer Purchase Confirmation shall specify items including the following (w) the Buyer Purchase Price Percentage, (x) the Initial Purchase Price Installment for such Sale Date Loan Pool, (y) the Program Fee Rate, and (z) any fees and expenses payable by the Seller to the Buyer.

• The Buyer shall specify the initial Program Fee Rate applicable to the first Sale Date as well as Maximum Program Fee Rate in a fee letter delivered to the Seller on the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Program Fee Rate

Program Fee Rate means, with respect to any Ownership Group, any Series 2017-VFN Note and any Interest Period, the rate specified as the Program Fee Rate in the applicable Fee Letter for such Ownership Group.

Program Fee Rate. On any day, the rate set forth in the Fee Letter as the “Program Fee Rate.”
