Program Fee Rate. With respect to any Purchaser, the rate set forth in the Purchaser Fee Letter.

More Definitions of Program Fee Rate

Program Fee Rate means, with respect to any Ownership Group, any Series 2017-VFN Note and any Interest Period, the rate specified as the Program Fee Rate in the applicable Fee Letter for such Ownership Group.
