  • The Data Processor will notify the Client in the event of significant revisions.

  • The Data Processor will not be required to actually implement these security measures until both Parties have agreed in writing and signed off on the security measures requested by the Client.

  • The Data Processor will be entitled to reject an audit or instruction issued by the expert if it feels that the audit or instruction is inconsistent with the GDPR or any other law, or that it constitutes an unacceptable breach of the security measures it has implemented.
