Texas City Facility definition

Texas City Facility means the petroleum refining facility and associated operations located at 2401 5th Avenue South in Texas City, Texas that is owned and operated by BP Products as of the Date of Entry of the Sixth Amendment; and
Texas City Facility means the petrochemicals production facilities owned by the Company that are located in Texas City, Texas, including all of the real estate, equipment, fixtures and other property associated therewith, all as more particularly described in, and covered by the Lien granted in, the Indenture Deed of Trust.
Texas City Facility means the manufacturing facilities located at Texas City, Texas that are owned or operated by STX Chemicals.
