Liquidity Facility means, at any time, the Class A Liquidity Facility or the Class B Liquidity Facility, as applicable.

Liquidity Facility. Means, initially, the Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of March 15, 2000 relating to the Applicable Certificates, between the Liquidity Provider and Wilmington Trust Company, as Subordination Agent, as agent and trustee for the Applicable Trust, and, from and after the replacement of such agreement pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement, the replacement liquidity facility therefor, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with their respective terms.
Liquidity Facility means the securitisation position arising from a contractual agreement to provide funding to ensure timeliness of cash flows to investors;
