Terrestrial Network Development Contract definition

Terrestrial Network Development Contract means the Terrestrial Network Development Contract, effective January 1, 1993, between the Company (as transferee of Iridium LLC) and Motorola.
Terrestrial Network Development Contract means the Terrestrial Network Development Contract between Iridium and Motorola, entered into June, 1995, as amended from time to time.
