Termination Fee Amount definition

Termination Fee Amount means, in the event that a Market Maker ceases to participatein a Market Maker Program under Rule B.6A.7, a percentage of the Transaction Fees in respect of Transactions executed on those Trading Days in the relevant calendar month prior to the date on which such termination is effective;
