Fees B.6A.11 The Exchange shall, at its sole discretion, determine Market Maker Benefits, including the Transaction Fee Amount and the Termination Fee Amount payable to Market Makers.
The parties acknowledge and agree that in no event shall the Company be obligated to pay the Termination Fee Amount on more than one occasion, whether or not the Termination Fee Amount may be payable under more than one provision of this Agreement at the same or at different times and the occurrence of different events.
