Termination Amount definition

Termination Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).
Termination Amount means the Termination Liquidity Amount, the Termination Listing Amount or the amount distributable pursuant to Section 5.1(d)(i) in the form of a Termination Note.
Termination Amount means, without duplication, the total net amount owed by one Party to the other Party upon termination of this Agreement under Section 19.2(a).
