Terminating Interconnected Calls definition

Terminating Interconnected Calls means the Call Types for which the process contained in clause 2 of Schedule 2B of this RIO Agreement has been followed;
Terminating Interconnected Calls shall have the meaning set out in Schedule B1; “Termination Charge” means the Charge applicable for the provision of Call Termination Service as set out in Annex D.

Examples of Terminating Interconnected Calls in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the interconnection of the TVL Network and the OLO’s Network, under this Schedule (3) TVL shall have no obligation to provide the Voice Call Termination Service in respect of Calls of any type other than Voice Terminating Interconnected Calls from the OLO Mobile Geographic or Mobile Number Ranges to TVL’s Mobile Number Ranges.

  • This may allow SingTel to restrict the origin of Terminating Interconnected Calls for which it will provide the Call Termination Service.

  • Notwithstanding the interconnection of the TVL Network and the OLO’s Network, under this Schedule (3) TVL shall have no obligation to provide the Voice Call Termination Service in respect of Calls of any type other than Voice Terminating Interconnected Calls from the OLO Mobile Geographic or Mobile Number Ranges to TVL’s Mobile Geographic Number Ranges.

  • Similarly, the following provision should be inserted in clause 1 of Schedule 2B: 1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, Terminating Interconnected Calls include Call Types: (a) where the Requesting Licensee is either directly or indirectly interconnected to the SingTel Network; (b) which are originated by parties other than the Requesting Licensee, for which the process in clause 3 has been followed.

  • Notwithstanding the interconnection of the OLO Network and TVL’s Network, under this Schedule (4) the OLO shall have no obligation to provide the Voice Call Termination Service in respect of Calls of any type other than Voice Terminating Interconnected Calls from TVL Mobile Geographic or Mobile Number Ranges to the OLO’s Mobile Geographic Number Ranges.

  • Notwithstanding the interconnection of the OLO Network and TVL’s Network, under this Schedule (2) the OLO shall have no obligation to provide the Voice Call Termination Service in respect of Calls of any type other than Voice Terminating Interconnected Calls from TVL Fixed Geographic or Mobile Number Ranges to the OLO’s Fixed Geographic Number Ranges.

  • CHARGING PRINCIPLES 4.1 Termination Charge (a) For any Terminating Interconnected Calls terminating into the Supplier’s Network, the Supplier will collect the Termination Charge from the Acquirer.

Related to Terminating Interconnected Calls

  • Interconnected Entity means either the Interconnection Customer or the Interconnected Transmission Owner; Interconnected Entities shall mean both of them. Interconnected Transmission Owner:

  • Interconnected Transmission Owner means the Transmission Owner to whose transmission facilities or distribution facilities Customer Interconnection Facilities are, or as the case may be, a Customer Facility is, being directly connected. When used in an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, the term may refer to a Transmission Owner whose facilities must be upgraded pursuant to the Facilities Study, but whose facilities are not directly interconnected with those of the Interconnection Customer.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. On-Site Generators:

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same. Switching and Tagging Rules:

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Service Control Point (SCP) is the node in the common channel signaling network that accepts Queries for certain Database services. The SCP is a real time database system that receives Queries from service platforms, performs subscriber or application-specific service logic, and then sends a Response back to the Query-originating platform. Such service platforms can be Service Switching Points (SSPs) or other network nodes capable of properly formatting and launching Queries.

  • Interconnected Reliability Operating Limit or “IROL” shall mean the value (such as MW, MVAR, Amperes, Frequency, or Volts) derived from, or a subset of, the System Operating Limits, which if exceeded, could expose a widespread area of the bulk electrical system to instability, uncontrolled separation(s) or cascading outages.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Wind Turbine means a mechanical/electrical system that converts the kinetic energy of blowing wind into mechanical or electric power.

  • Interconnecting Utility means the utility (which may or may not be Buyer or an Affiliate of Buyer) providing interconnection service for the Facility to the Transmission System of that utility.
