Temporary Construction Areas definition

Temporary Construction Areas means a) areas on the Property where Contractor will be exercising control on a temporary, short term basis for Work on Common Facilities and b) areas off the Property related to access to the Property where Contractor will be exercising control on a temporary, short term basis to perform Work.

  • The Parties agree to work with WEPCO and other appropriate parties on Project Site coordination through all phases of the Project to ensure that they minimize any adverse impact on the Existing Units and WEPCO’s activities on the Temporary Construction Areas to the greatest extent possible.

Related to Temporary Construction Areas

  • Temporary Work means all temporary works of every kind required in or about the execution, completion and maintenance of the works.

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

Emergency means a condition where there is clear and immediate danger to life or health, or essential services, or a potentially significant loss of property. When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
